Located in Become, a condominium complex with a working center, but more than that is the possibility to live a life worth living. One you can enjoy, but at the same time have all the tools and space you need to do any type of remote work. The condo has a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom jungle view apartment, and it is located in the third floor.
The space

Our well-appointed apartment not only features essential amenities such as a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and TV but also indulges you with luxuries that leave a lasting impression. The primary bedroom showcases a spacious king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers the comfort of two queen-sized beds, catering perfectly to groups or families of up to 6 guests.
Safety remains paramount for Oasis Tranquilo, and we ensure your peace of mind with dedicated private security, ensuring a serene experience throughout your stay. Feel the gentle breeze as you relax in the air-conditioned sanctuary of your getaway. Effortless parking is available, and seamless connectivity is guaranteed with complimentary WiFi.
Take a refreshing plunge into the communal pool, surrounded by verdant foliage, and relish a delightful open-air feast with the provided shared BBQ facilities. A brief two-minute drive leads you to the renowned Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, while a mere five-minute drive transports you to the sun-drenched beaches of Nosara (Guiones or Pelada).
You will also have access to the shared working space, for those who want to come and work from paradise.

Co-working Space
The Become co-working space is a co-workspace open to the public. The owners of the condos at “Condominium Become” all have a free pass for the co-working space but with the condition that the “total owners occupancy” does not exceed 25% of the working space. For that reason, we highly recommend booking your spot ahead of time so that you can take advantage of this amenity feature for free. However, if the capacity is exceeded by 25%, you might still be able to book a spot, but this is subject to availability and pricing. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions, of course!
Construction
Please note that the commercial area on the outside of the project is under construction. Inside the gated community there is no construction but we always prefer to disclose it.
Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group, so we can take care of you, put you in the right house and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. Please feel free to inquire for more information. If not included, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard at an additional cost. The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property.
Internet and Electricity
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There isno guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access always is crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card.Please note that the Homeowner nor the Property Manager has no control over these situations and no refunds or discounts will be offered for outages or interruptions to these services. If there's any problem with the Property, please report it to the Property Manager.
Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.
Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay.Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).
Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.
Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
