Comfortable bed, always our #1 priority. Plenty of hot water - except for both mornings when there was none - weird, and they thought so too when we told them about it. And then there was the whole kitchen/dining/living room area, which is quite a bonus when all you really need is a hotel room. So: sink, refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, utensils, glasses, wine glasses, even a washer/dryer! Very nice, and a very spacious room for relaxing and watching TV, even if you don’t need the kitchen amenities.
Great location, close to the train station, shops, restaurants, pubs, Elm Street, and many of the Norwich 12 (historic buildings).
Beautiful private back yard. Very friendly, helpful staff. This place gets a solid 9 out of 10, and only loses points for the weird cold-water mornings and a loveseat/sofa quite past its prime and quite uncomfortable.
