Pleased with stay
Hotel was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the use of the swimming pool. Our bedroom and bathroom were both very big. Only things that let it down slightly was the walls in the bedroom were very badly chipped on the corners. But otherwise very happy with our stay.

Very professional staff. Convenient for an early flight as the hotel is basically in the parking lot of the airport. If staying longer a park and ride is across from the hotel so you can explore Norwich with out having to drive.

The staff and everything about the hotel was amazing. The stay was comfy with no worries about anything at all. No bad comments whatsoever. Both breakfast and Dinner were great. Stupendous hotel

A wedding event resulted in excessive noise and drunken behavior that meant no sleep. I asked the staff to intervene, to no effect. I checked out at 6:00AM after not sleeping. I understand that weddings happen, but the hotel MUST intervene when drunken partygoers behave badly.

Great hotel next to airport
Excellent check in by Jenna. She was so helpful and very friendly, Our room was lovely with a very comfortable king bed.We had a great evening meal. This was an excellent start the day before our flight from Norwich airport. The hotel is a very short walk to the airport.

Amazing staff
We had a lovely time at the hotel and the place was n ie. What made the stay outstanding was the staff. They were all helpful and friendly and made me and my children feel welcome. I can’t think of an interaction that wasn’t 100% positive!!! From amazing housekeeping, wonderful wait staff to jasmine at the pool. I have stayed in holidays inns before which were nice etc but the Staff who work there are a credit to holiday inn!!!
