I asked a question regarding the shuttle service too and from Mohegan Sun Casino the front desk gentleman gave me the schedule while the driver was standing next to him. I go down 5 min before it’s expected leave time and the shuttle already left! I told both of the gentlemen my husband and I would be back down quickly before the scheduled leave time and the driver left well before. I had to pay for an Uber

Jay at reception was so kind & helpful. We loved the pool! Everything was so clean. We forgot toothbrushes, we called the front desk and within 4 minutes, someone was at the door with them! The shuttle to and from the casino was an added bonus! We would definitely stay again!

At $1000 for 4 nights I expected more, much more. We had multiple pieces of hair in our bathtub in first room. The second room had a hair in sink, broken bathroom door- my husband had to open and close for me it was so hard it only closed halfway. The rubber gasket on main door was half off so it made opening that door difficult as well and hallway light coming through at night. WINDOW SHADES ONLY, NOT ROOM DARKENING AT ALL, intense bright morning light coming through, awful. We were nice and kindly let front desk know-they gave us 2 bottles of water. Hampton should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel!

Great place to stay when visiting the Mohegan sun casino for a concert or to play a little slots. Pleasantly surprised to learn we would have a shuttle ride to & from the casino back to the hotel.

We stayed here for a night , on our way to another destination. The place nice, very clean, brought and inviting. The room was the same, very good. We do the same trip every year, and we will stay here again. The people couldn't have been any nicer, very heloful, and accomodating. The shuttle service was also a great surprise.

The room was basic yet decently appointed, walls are very thin so you hear a lot. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel store convenient and nice to have. Easy shuttle to Mohegan, friendly driver. Free breakfast a nice touch.

Amazing stay.
If there was a 10 star scale we would give it an 11. It was that good. The salt water jacuzzi was amazing, the pool was really nice and the service was incredible. There is nothing negative to say about this place other than we regret not staying longer but it will be our to-go place from now on. Thank you to the front desk personnel and the shuttle driver, amazing people.
