Unfortunately the toilet didn’t work, there were stains on the comforter on the bed, and the room smelled ready bad. Whoever cleans the place does a half job because the sheets weren’t placed fully on the bed.

I had been awake for 20 hrs. I had to drive 3.5 hrs to get home and decided it would be safer to wait till the next day. So booked a room. While standing at the door of my room before I entered I smelled dog and saw three pit bulls in the window next door. I open my door and it smelled like there were 6 sweaty dog in my room. I closed the door and there was a pile of dog hair swept behind the door. The bedding literally had sperm stains all over it. The fridge was warm and not plugged in. The remote control did not work. I removed the top sheet and tried to lay day but the smell was so putrid ten minutes later I decided to just leave

The bed was broke down. It smelled real bad in the room. You could see mold and stains all over the mattress because it didn’t have a zip up cover on it. And when we woke up in the morning saw several cockroaches. Will never stay there again.

Old property not well kept but the cost mirrored the condition, had to get my key reprogrammed 4 times, had to remove hair from the tub so it would drain, bathroom door wouldn't close fully and doorknob hanging off of the door. Had to go to the laundry to get fresh towels, Etc. no complaints about staff, but the property needs to be remodeled.

As much as I would like to give this Red Roof a good review, It is not possible. Our room was a king. The room was not quite what we expected. The phone did not work, the floor was quite sticky, the mattress had stains and the oblong toilet had a round seat. I had to go get a second key as the first one stopped working after an hour and a half. While the price is right, the accommodations are not. Pay a few more dollars and get a decent place.

I have booked for double bedroom, they only provided me with deluxe single bedroom, which is not enough for 3 people. They don't even have any toothpaste or moisturizer. Atleast, they need to provide these basic things.
