We had to unplug the refrigerator is was so loud. The hot tub and pool need a deep clean. There was brown scummy foam and algae in the hot tub and buildup all around the edges of both. Out of coffee and fresh fruit and breakfast. Food was look warm at 8 am on Sunday

The bathroom sink was clogged, the shower was full of hair, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the staff was rude, and they only refunded $80 of my $100 deposit-with no explanation. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Never!

The side door to enter into our area was broken. Had to enter through the front door and walk all the down to our room. Bathroom sink cabinet needs to be replaced and the shower wall was separating from the wall itself. Floors were very dirty in the halls. However the pool and hot tub were nice.

Great Value
The staff was very friendly especially Neha at the front desk as she made special arrangments for my dog. The Hotel has been remolded and is nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent. This is a good Value place to stay.
