Read this before booking!
We booked two rooms to celebrate a friends birthday when we visited VA. This hotel lacked staff that are knowledgeable or speak adequate professional English. The front desk didn’t understand our requests nor could they answer questions. The elevators had a very old and nasty smell. The rooms also had a very old musky smell that was not tolerable. The king size bed was also super uncomfortable and one could argue the size of it. We will never stay here again. Also, there are signs that no one can smoke near the entrance, however no one enforced and anytime we walked in and out, we were showered with a ton of cigarette smoke from the staff and other smoking outside. Things get interesting the next day during breakfast. The breakfast team argued and at times we thought they were about to fight over small things and had to witness that in the morning. Just be mindful and do your research before going to this property and staying there.
