The housekeeping staff lied and said I stained the carpet and therefore stole 150.00 off my card. The room had a strange odor but after 9 hrs on the road , I thought nothing of it. I did not see a stain in the carpet. I believe whatever what was caused was before me. I traveled alone, ate dinner offsite. I am an honest person and had i caused any damage, I would not be writing this review. I feel lied on and scammed. I will NEVER stay at this establishment again.

The first night of the stay of the stay, the bedsheets were not clean. Hair was found in both beds amongst crumbs or droppings at the foot of the bed inside the sheets. The complimentary breakfast is not good. Stale muffins, over cooked corned beef hash, and a limited choices. The best thing there is the front desk and maintenance staff. They were friendly and courteous. I'm not sure how this place is rated a 9/10 on hotels.com site.

Very comfortable hotel. Room very clean, and good breakfast included. Very quiet at night. Lots of places to eat and places for basic shopping needs, like Walmart and grocery store nearby. It worked well for me as I was visiting family in the area. I would stay here again.
