The service was friendly and welcoming. The room was not so good. Quite small. bed was comfortable. Shower was very small but with plenty of hot water. no refrigerator. poor amenities. In the shower there is one dispenser with some liquid that is a one-for-all (shampoo conditioner and soap). It is very diluted and of poor quality. No slippers in the room. That created a problem because on the floor there was a terrible disgusting dirty carpet. It was a terrible feeling walking barefoot on the dirty carpet with a feeling if disgust. The towel was of poor quality and very thin. why? TV was of poor quality, old and bad reception. The promise English channels like CNN but it does not work and there are only some German speaking channels. When soap ran out the housekeeping did not replace it 2 days and I had to use my own soap and finally ask reception to give me a new one because they did not replace the empty container in the room. Such poor housekeeping is unacceptable. The doors are thin and soundproofing is terrible. When another guest walks by and talks you hear everything and it wakes you up from the noise. Breakfast OK. But coffee of poor quality. Buns were fresh but bread seemed old and dry. Why not put fresh bread every morning? No fresh juice. Not enough parking space outside the hotel. All in all a friendly yet problematic hotel for the reasons mentioned above.
Wir hatten ein sehr großes Familienzimmer mit insgesamt drei Räumen, allerdings sind die Möbel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Der Wellnessbereich ist ganz neu und sehr ansprechend gestaltet mit Pool, Whirlpool und verschiedenen Saunen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut mit großer Auswahl.
Lediglich der Zimmerservice (Reinigung, Bettenmachen etc.) war aufgrund Personalmangels unzureichend.
