I stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage with my Mom and 10 and 12 year old sons. We had a spectacular time! The kids loved the pool house and outdoor games. We walked on the beach every evening and drove to Provincetown for whale watching and dune tours. The facilities are kept impeccably and the restaurant was convenient and delicious! We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful setting
Well maintained, good value. Directly on the beach. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. No AC but the air flows well and it wasn't an issue, but sort of strange to sleep with windows open and shades up for air flow on a hallway with people walking by. Shuttle bus gives easy access to and from PTown and free for seniors. Pool was very pleasant and nicely maintained facilities.
