Book our new 3-bed, 3-bath house for ultimate comfort and luxury. Enjoy an oversized lanai, HEATED SALTWATER POOL & SPA, and dream vacation amenities. Located ~4 minutes away from I-75 (~2 miles, no interstate noise) and a short drive to some of the best beaches in the country, including Siesta Keys, Nokomis and North Jetty Beach. Immerse in the ultimate relaxation at the Warm Mineral Springs, a mere 14-min drive. Tamiami Trail, 3 miles away, offers endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Welcome to the pinnacle of vacation living.
Cameras on the property include: Video door bell. Flood lights with cameras on each corner of the house and 1 flood light with camera overlooking lanai area. One camera in the garage facing outside entrances. 2 cameras overlooking the pool/spa areas. All floodlights/cameras are motion activated.
Note: the 2 convertible sleeper sofas in the living room have been replaced with 1 convertible sleeper sectional.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lux Gem. We have stayed at many different rentals and this is one of the nicest and cleanest properties we have stayed at. Itā€™s nicely and thoughtfully decorated, has all the necessities provided, located in a really quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay
Location is perfect close to stores and restaurants. Rooms are exceptionally clean spacious and well maintained. The house is beautiful and decor was modern and stylish. Love the ammenities each room has a personal TV, individual restroom and shower. Fantastic lanai also with a huge TV, string lights, pool lights and spa. Kitchen, laundry everything is brand new. We really enjoyed the heated pool and spa during cold New Years weekend in Florida, but anyways it was an amazing stay. Place is excellent and better than pictures shows. Thank you it was outstanding! Our family had a great time. Definitely will be back!

Wow! This place is a true luxury gem. The house is pristine with everything youā€™ll need for your stay. The outside is a luxury oasis with a large heated pool and jacuzzi. Everything about this place screams luxury, comfort and relaxation. Will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful home, we had a lovely stay! The home is new, has an open plan layout, itā€™s a plus that thereā€™s a separate bathroom for each bedroom. Nice big pool. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes small touches like coffee pods and choice of teas. Appreciated the stuff on hand to take to the beach, like beach chairs, towels and cooler. Also the ice packs came in handy. The home was very clean, check-in was easy, instructions were clear. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Overall enjoyed our stay and felt right at home.

Best place I ever stayed at
This is by far the best place I ever stayed at! The house is brand new, with beautiful modern style and very clean. House had everything you would need when traveling away from home. I slept on the king sized bed and the mattresses were just prefect, not too soft, not too hard. My friends slept on the queen sized beds and also enjoyed their sleep. Highly recommend this propery.
