This was our second time staying at Condovac and it was still enjoyable. The property is a little dated and dining options are limited, but it’s so darn convenient. They have private access to playa hermosa and 5 different pools. The staff is all very friendly, even when there’s a language barrier, they do their best to help you out. The housekeepers are a treasure and work so hard to make your rooms so clean and tidy when you request service. The buffets are good quality meals and you can tell and see them cooking in the back. I do miss the old option of ordering from a menu, but the variety of dinner options on the buffet was decent. Everything was always hot and fresh. I loved the fresh juices they had out every day. You can also see lots of animals on the property, local cats, coatis, a variety of birds, and an anteater if you’re lucky! I hope condovac stays around and can update a few minor adjustments and they’d be top notch competition for any of the resorts around.

Relaxation but what I didn’t like is the false advertisement of airport shuttle included, I had to pay round trip to the Airport. In which I was being harassed @ the airport with ridiculous charges to get to the hotel

Avoid at all cost. NO BOTTLE or CLEAN WATER NO WIFI DIRTY ROOMS with BUGS, ZERO HELP with LUGGAGES. Travel date 8/8/2024 I had to make my baby bottle of milk they told me to use the sink water. The next day I paid extra $2500 to change to a different resort because I just couldn’t take it anymore. No WiFi in the rooms, only time you can access it, it’s if you seat in their small lobby, that I could take, dirty rooms with bugs I can maybe survive but the water part I just couldn’t and I tried it myself it tasted horrible. Also they are very rude. The reason why I went there it’s because 2 years ago my husband and I we were there and we loved it we had bottles of water store in the fridge, we had WiFi, the room was much cleaner, more choices in food, staffs were nice so we decided to bring this time our kids for my birthday I had no idea a resort could change this fast it was just horrible horrible. You will definitely regret it if you book there. They stood there looked us struggling with all luggages my husband went to the pharmacy and it was just my baby cousin the kids and I. They watch me lift up all 4 luggages without any help.

My son and I absolutely enjoyed the Condovac everyone was very nice and ready to assist us in every way. I enjoyed that we got to experience the Costa Rican life style from the food the locals. Drinking either your coffee or cocktails over looking the beach is magical. Our room was very clean and tidy. The view alone is breathtaking and worth the stay !! The bartenders are on point with all the drinks !! My only advice would be make sure you touch up your Spanish when you come here, which is not an issue but very little English is spoken here.

Condovac was a lovely all inclusive place to stay. The beach is super close and the pool areas were beau and well maintained. While the resort is showing some wear, the grounds are very well maintained, shuttle around the resort frequent, food good and the staff very helpful. We were able to make our tour arrangements on the resort which included transportation and its location was, for us, the perfect spot to relax and to connect to the many amazing things to do in Costa Rica. Thanks to Eve there for making our first time in CR amazing. Unique yours was fantastic too!

We liked the location, accommodation, and food freshness. Staff was a mixed bag; although we found everyone to be friendly and helpful during our stay, that impression was spoiled when my credit card was charged after our departure. After asking for the reason, I was first told that we were charged for a meal. After I pointed out that we had all-inclusive accommodation, the oerson changed his story and said we broke hair drier, which wasn't true. Disappointing.

There wasnt anything unique about the property. Its very old and not maintained. Our sheets didnt get changed one time. Just shameful to have a full resort and no internet access in our rooms. Only up front by the lobby. The young lady that works up front was the most unfriendlyest person on your staff. There was only one main areaa to eat, swim and see intertainment. The beach was the absolute worst ive ever seen, it is completely run down and not cared for at all. And the food was mediocre. I really believe your ad and photos on your website is very misleading and should be taken down.

I liked the transportation around the resort. It made traveling around easier. I didn’t like the fact that dogs are allowed on the property but no one enforces that their poop gets cleaned up by their owners.

We were disappointed with the staff. The front desk staff needs improvement. The staff was rude and unwilling to help, always on the cell phone ignoring the customers. The restaurant needed better options of food. Same meals every day. The room was cleaned every day, which was nice, air conditioned helped a lot. Alcohol options, beer from a 40oz pour on a glass, flat most of the time and only one kind. I wouldn’t stay there again.
