Staff was great. The room had dirty towels hanging in it. The floor boards were crumbling and coming apart. Stumbled over them several times. Wouldn’t dare walk barefoot in the room.

A housekeeper quit and one called out sick. We were unable to get into our room until 5 pm. We had to keep checking in to see if it was ready despite new people coming in and being able to get into their room.

The mattress was so badly used that, it sank in and the air condition was not clean it was throwing dust, when I told the front desk she said that they are short of staff and it will be taken care of soon. we asked for additional towels which did not come to the room.
