This is an older outdated hotel in need of updating. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were reasonably clean, but the lobby and public area were dumpy. I might stay here again for a quick trip, but I'd look around for better properties first.

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I took my 2 daughters and 4 year old granddaughter to the beach for the night. I paid way too much for this room. The hot tub was broken and the pool was filthy. Online it stated that there were 2 queen beds in the room but when we arrived they were definitely not queen beds. So, at about 10:30pm I'm getting into bed with my daughter and I pull back the sheets and theres a horrible smell. I mean it smelt like someone just wiped their butt all over this bed. So I go to the lobby and tell the guy at the front desk. He says theres no rooms left but he can give me new bedding. At this point what am I to do, so I take the bedding. I go upstairs and strip the bed and the smell gets worse, its the mattress. It was the worst smell ever. So I go back to the lobby, and tell him its the mattress and that I'm not sleeping on that bed. At this point I'm pretty upset, I've got tired kids and I'm exhausted and frustrated. Especially since this room was so expensive. He then proceeds to tell me that he has a room and he will upgrade me, he had told me on my first trip down that he didn't have any rooms. Never offers a refund or partial refund for the many inconveniences. So I take the new room. We have to pack up all our stuff and move up a floor with a sleepy toddler, not fun. We get to this "upgraded" and there is blood stains all over the floor. I have pictures. The breakfast was not edible either. Do not stay at this Shilo.

Not quite at all, breakfast that is advertised with stay is not worth it. There was still an hour left of breakfast and really nothing to pick from. It was my son and I and there was only 2 pastries left and a spoonful of eggs left for my son otherwise just cereal any meat was extra cost. The hotel seems run down and feels dirty definitely not worth the price

The breakfast you provided at the restaurant next door was a joke. If you’re going to advertise breakfast with your stay then make it worthwhile! The rooms in motel are old and smell. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Expected more!

In general this property is clean but it seems they have not completely converted to a smoke free environment. I was at the hotel with four other colleagues, three had rooms that wreaked of cigarette smoke, one had a smell that could not be placed and my room smelled strongly of body oder. This is advertised as a smoke free hotel but they either look the other way when guests smoke anyway or they have been able to clean years of smoke damage from the days when it did allow smoking.

Room smelled like smoke, the 3rd flower has odd moldy sewage smell. Tried to switch rooms, couldn’t which I understand, but when asking for a discount we were told no. The whole hotel is old and it shows, needs a renovation badly.

The overall experience was very good. Staff, location was excellent. The two issues I had were that the treadmill was not operating and the sauna. The fan in room 408 was so powerful and loud that we tried to avoid turning it on. Rooms were excellent and quiet. Would easily stay there again if I get back to that area.

The air conditioning unit in our room was not functioning properly, resulting in an uncomfortably warm and humid environment. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also a concern. While the hotel advertises a complimentary breakfast, the options provided were limited and of poor quality, consisting solely of eggs, toast, yogurt, and cereal. The staff were kind, and the location of the hotel was convenient.

We have Stayed at Shiloh inn before and they have been fine. However, this one was one I would never recommend to a friend or anyone in that area and it was very overpriced
