I want to first say that I know everyone is complaining about it being old and out dated , yes it is, but they are working on it. The room was clean, staff was on top of things, very helpful and extremely polite , made you feel very welcome, i gave 5 stars because i know what they are going through and a remodel of that scale is difficult while still operating. They really make you feel welcome and every person was willing to assist with any question I had - rooms cleaned daily. I will definitely be back

The front desk lady was not about customer service. Definitely didn’t care about the reason why we had to suddenly canceling even after we’ve been lost guest there for years

Check in staff was awesome- main entry was beautiful. Unaware of the lack of pool, hot tub and overall condition of the hotel. Room-couldn’t sit back on the bed, headboard big and hard. Microwave and remote not working. Bedding looked rumbled. Room was claustrophobic Walkway on the 5th floor felt unsafe View out of loft was bad, ocean view only if you stand. AM staff not professional

First of all, they placed a hold on my credit card for double the price of my stay. Front desk personnel got defensive when I questioned them about it. What once was a nice hotel is rather dilapidated now. However, under new ownership and hoping that renovations will begin soon. There are better hotels with ocean views for the same price.

Nice relaxing 2 night stay. Staff were friendly and knew the area very well. The only negative was the refrigerator was noticeably loud in #306. Otherwise, I'd stay here again!

It’s right by the ocean and a lot of fun shops near town. The walls in the rooms are paper thin though so you hear everything going on in the other rooms. It did quiet down after midnight though.
