"The house was perfect for our multigenerational group of 12. The kids LOVED the pool. The location is great, a half-mile walk to Coligny Square, 4 houses from the ocean. Lots of kitchen glasses, pots, pans, utensils, etc. The property managers came over to introduce us to the house and were responsive. We had a little trouble with the hot tub towards the end of the week but we were using it a lot."

"We highly recommend Julie’s condo on Coligny Beach. As first time visitors, the location on the island couldn’t be better. Shops, restaurants, bars and beach are right out the door. The unit is beautifully appointed and well equipped. There is a lovely ocean view off the balcony. We highly recommend renting bikes from Cross Island Bike company. We spent days 3 days exploring Hilton Head on bikes. The trails are everywhere. We will definitely be back."

"This was a true “ Park and Walk” location. The property is truly Beachfront and was across the street from the popular “Coligny” Shopping area. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance. We usually visit HHI in the crowded summer months. The off season has advantages as well. No lines at restaurants and the temperature is warm enough for sitting on the beach without sweltering heat and big crowds. "

"The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach. Crazy amount of rooms and sleeping space that we didnt use but would be great for a little family get together. Pool and hot tub that are perfect size and the pool people came and serviced the pool with no disturbance. Garbage was collected from back of house with no disturbance. Lastly the checkin process was absolutely seamless. We did have one of the basement doors would not lock and with one text to vacasa and they had the maintenance guy come out and fix it the same day. Very pleased with this stay and would highly recommend it to others."
