Claim Regarding an Unavailable Service
During our family road trip, we were disappointed to find that the pool was under renovation. We had specifically chosen this hotel for its pool, as it was important to us and our children to have a place to relax in the evenings. Our kids love swimming, and this was a key factor in our decision. Unfortunately, this information was not disclosed at the time of booking. Had we known, we would have chosen a different hotel. We kindly request a refund, as we did not receive the experience we paid for. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

Thankfully we weren’t in the room a lot. The room was dirty other than the beds..even the curtains were stained. Kids ran the hallways until 130am & no sign of staff to get them into their rooms. The breakfast was decent in the morning and staff in there were helpful but that was it

If you’re looking for an affordable place that won’t kill the bank and give you plenty $ to shop this is the place. It is an older hotel but the staff is amazing.

Gross bathroom
Bathroom was really gross. Would not use shower it was orange and pink from mildew, etc. The toilet smelled disgustingly of urine. Only acceptable part was the beds were fine.

Employees were nice and worked efficiently but the room was not very clean. Blood on the blankets and mold in the AC unit. The shower still had the shampoo and soap from the guests before us. Used to stay here all the time and I'm not sure I will again.

Made reservation that had a 48 hour cancellation. Saw horrible reviews online that the locks are broken, the place was crawling with bedbugs and homeless people sleep in the hallways. I called 22 hours after making reservation and cancelled and they will not refund my money. Called the hotel and hotels.com and told to numerous people, who blamed it on each other as to why I cannot be refunded. Talked to a supervisor at hotels.com who said he try to get me a refund and get back to me within 2-24 hours but 48 hours later, I still have not heard back from the supervisor and he has not answered my emails. A few people who I spoke with also booked a room there and ended up leaving because it was unsafe and gross and booked another room down the street. I will never use hotels.com again or a Quality Inn.
