Spent almost $400 for one night for a King room with hot tub, went to use hot tub, the hot water faucet was difficult to turn on once filled started jets and they spewed out nasty brown flakes and junk into tub. Called front desk. They sent maintenance up who drained the tub found nothing physically wrong and had house cleaning come clean the tub again they started the tub and a little more came oit but nearly as much. We spent about an hour with hotel staff in our room cleaning and fixing the issues at night maintenanceand house keeping were phenomenally nice and personable. The maintenance man got us two breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience, didnt hesr back from hotel management. Later in the evening I was using the bathroom sink it wasnt draining, the drain plunger was broken, I was able to fix that myself. Next morning went to ise in room coffee maker and it was absolutely disgusting you could tell it hadnt been cleaned or descaled in awhile. I asked the front desk when we checked out if there was anything we could do for the inconvenience for maybe a future stay because overall their staff was great. Their manager stated they weren't able to do much as we booked third party. But he would knock off a $20 amenities charge. Was hoping they would show a little more care and hospitality for the inconveniencs. Overall they're floor staff is great. Their management needs to learn better hospitality.
