Boasting a 180-degree, unobstructed view of the White Mountains, from Cranmore Mountain to Cathedral Ledge, with Mount Washington peak in between, this gem in North Conway is now available to all for the first time since the home was built in 2008. With 400 feet of river frontage along the high banks of the Saco River, experience the best mother nature has to offer on a perfect getaway for small or large groups. Bring your binoculars, or use the house pair, to take in all the wildlife and nature views this majestic property has to offer. You will likely see our two bald eagle friends, who nest and fish along the river basin. They often take in breathtaking views themselves, from one of the trees in our backyard. One thing you will not see in your view is another home for miles and miles, despite being just a few minutes to downtown North Conway restaurants, shops, activities, and all the valley has to offer.

Upon entry, you'll be immediately impressed with the giant picture window framing the breathtaking mountain and river views, and Buddy black bear will greet your family with a warm welcome! Make yourself at home on the genuine leather sofas, curl up with a good book by the gas fireplace, or settle into one of the leather swivel chairs at the picture window for a front row seat of a storm front creeping over the mountain tops. Wake up in the comfort of the king-sized main suite featuring oversized windows to take in the sunrise illuminating the magnificent cliffs of Cathedral Ledge. With nine total beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. Kids will love sleepovers in the bunk beds hiding behind the sliding barn doors off the main living area.

Family Gathering
Outstanding views. Convenient location. Nicely appointed. Spacious enough for 8 adults and 6 children with opportunities for privacy. Excellent game room. Towels more than plentiful. However, odd that there was not enough glassware to go around. Would rate experience A plus but for one serious shortcoming. The fence in front of property is not secure and potentially hazardous for families with young children.

Attention to Detail
The house was ok and the view is great. However, cleaning and attn to detail fall far short. An accurate representation of the property as of 1/21/24. Carpeting is old, worn and dirty. Cooktop has no legible writing, you have to guess which burner you are turning on and at what temp. The LCD screens on the oven are the same. The kitchen lights flicker constantly, there is a dimmer but if you lower the dimmer, they flicker worse. The walls are nothing short of filthy, a fresh coat of paint goes a real long way! You'll see as soon as you enter through garage and this is through the whole house. Speaking of paint, in the foyer they only painted halfway up the wall (2 story foyer), weird. The shower in the first floor bathroom is broken, you can use the tub filler, but you can't switch the shower on. So you only have 2 full baths, not 3. None of the switched lights work in the living room, so it was considerably dark in there. The sink in the basement bathroom clogged constantly. The kitchen is severely understocked and missing basics (colander, cooking utensils, cookie sheets etc). It would be amazing if some attn to detail was handled. I was left with a sour taste when I asked if we could check out an hour later at 11am rather than the normal checkout, which is 10am. The reason for my request was because there were only 2 working showers for 14 of us considering the 3rd shower was broken. Their answer was no...

Beautiful home in a prime location
I love that this home felt secluded yet we were only minutes from the shops and ski slopes! When we weren’t busy skiing we enjoyed playing pool, ping pong and watching movies in the “theatre”. We also loved the stunning view of the mountains while soaking in the hot tub. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions I had throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property!

family stay
Pretty much the whole experience At first was wow, it was. Wow, this is great period the 2 problems we had were internet. At first week conquered on our own. Second was the sewer system was backed up for the whole stay. We were there twice in the morning. We could not use the water. The last day we were there. We had to use the water sparingly, so the Solar System might keep up.

Great place, just needs attention to detail
House was amazing, just as advertised. Planters and front area were very overgrown- pickys hanging into the walkway. Also, there was a lot of trash bags left in the garage when we arrived..... kind of made that area smell. The plug where the washer is needs attwntion, its pluged into a multi-plig block and it is not making a connection at all times. We had to check and mess with it a few times in order to get thrpugh a cycle. As previous review said, foyer still needs to be painted on top half. Master bed carpet could use replacement. Overall the house is great, furnished well..... just a bit missing on the maintenance.

Nice stay
The property is nice for a large family stay, lots of rooms, lots of space for the family to spread out. very beautiful view. the down fall is the property needs some TLC everything is overgrown. there is flower pots everywhere with no flowers in them there full of dirty water. when we arrived we were told house keeping had been there but we found wrappers on the pool table, fly in the tub, sheets had stains on them, the grill was nasty. just a heads up something we didn't know was there is a maintenance person who shows up on the property every day. he is a very nice guy but it would have been nice to know ahead of time as it freaked us out a first. over all it is a nice place and i would go back just a few things that should be addressed.

AC not working correctly during hot days
When we arrived, it was 90 degrees outside and the AC would not work in the house. We were told to find the fuse box and reset it. Really? It should have been running when we got there. Once we finally found the fuse box, we had to continue to reset it throughout our stay. Also, we would have loved to open the windows at night to let in the cool air, but for some reason, all the screens had been taken off the windows and stored in the basement. Other quirks: ladder on the bunkbeds in the basement was put on backward, making it dangerous for the children. The closet in the master bedroom wasl locked, so there was no closet for the adults in that room. The outdoor garbage can had not been emptied and was too full for us to add our own garbage. The first day we were there, the yard had not been mowed in a while and was too wild for the children (someone came the next day to mow). The house seems to be a work in progress, but it should at least be comfortable for those of us who rent it.

Newly Renovated
Comfortably sleeps 12-14 adults. The house was clearly just renovated and there are still a few 'final touches' that need to be done, but it's not bothersome to your stay. Overall it has nice views, was very clean and the basement is an excellent place to spend time. Would stay again!

Stunning views
We were two families with four kids ages 9-12. Lots of bed space, and lots of activities to keep us all busy. Location is close to stores, restaurants and ski hills. The views of the mountains from the backyard are worth every penny.

Beautiful House Beautiful View
Extremely comfortable home, perfectly located for convenient access to skiing and North Conway town center. The basement was an unexpected surprise with game room, sauna and movie theater set up - it was a big hit with our three teenagers. Mountain and river views from the majority of room on the main living level.
