The office staff are very kind and accommodating. The room and bathroom were clean and the refrigerator, microwave, tv etc all functioning as they should. WiFi was good. The mattresses are a little firm for my liking, but there is a mattress topper on it, and the other 3 in my party felt the mattress was fine-so just my preference. It was quiet and a nice stay!

I was expecting the place to be a bit nice since it had over an 8.0 rating, but it was not great. The bed squeaked and kind of clunked whenever you sat down or got up and whenever someone rolled over. Not the best for a good nights sleep. The location was amazing, though! The pool looked nice but we didn’t use it.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for a school shopping trip with grandson, son and daughter in law. Upon entering room for my grandson and I it looked as if cleaning staff just did bare minimum. Dressers and nightstands were “sticky”, smudges on mirrors, heat registers very dirty- so instead of complaining I took disinfectant wipes and cleaned surfaces. That said, when showering that evening, I noticed mold and mildew on the shower curtains, which is not something cleaning staff should overlook. Then when my grandson put the air conditioner on, we smelled a musty odor from that. I decided my grandson and I would just stay the 2nd night in my son and daughter in law’s room. So I went in the office to tell them the room was too dirty, and I was not willing to stay in it a second night, the woman was very rude and unsympathetic even after I offered to show her. Her response was “you can leave.” Not a response one would expect from a motel or hotel employee. Not professional whatsoever. So my grandson and I stayed in my son’s room which inconvenienced all. A gentleman from the property knocked on my son’s door and offered to wash the shower curtain—What?! We had no words! At that point I was embarrassed and in tears. I did request a refund just for the 1st room - woman in office said I stayed 2nd night Guess she doesn’t understand I did not stay in that room a second night. I spoke to an Expedia agent who was kind and helpful. Read ALL reviews and do your research!!

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. When we first walked into our room, there was an overwhelming undesirable smell as we opened windows and left the door open the smell got better but it was still present. It was the smell of cigarettes and dirty carpet. After speaking with our neighbors, they experienced the same odor. Housekeeping went back into their room and vacuumed, which helped the smell of their room. The Mattresses were extremely firm and uncomfortable for me, but the linens and towels were clean.

This hotel is terrible. The manager was rude, ignorant and mean . The room was disgusting, the beds were filthy , there was dirty bed sheets, looked like blood stains and puke , most disgusting place I have ever been to and felt very unsafe
