Positive- Bed was actually comfortable and the room was pretty clean for all the other issues the room had. Issues- The room my husband and I stayed in had a very musty odor, water damage on the wall and behind the bed’s headboard . The light fixtures were old and starting to rust . The toilet was leaking at the base and the floor was wet around it. The sink’s faucet was loose and the sink pipes were covered with yellowing broken pvc pipes. The shower leaked. No counter space in the bathroom. No luggage rack or even a place to put luggage except for the floor or on top of the room’s safe. The fridge had food left in it. The price we paid was less than most hotels around the area but way too high for the condition for our room.

The employees themselves were amazing and accommodating. We just felt the property was a little outdated and not the most clean. We stayed in the non smoking section. The first room we got was dirty. The bed was a mess and there were towels all over the place so they checked us into a room that hadn’t even been cleaned. The second room was “cleaned” but just smelled a little moldy. Cigarette burns in the sheets, nothing smelled very clean. AC was the best part. If you’re not picky and just need a place to sleep it’s not the worst considering the kind staff but they definitely need updating with all the other nice hotels across the street as options.

People kept knocking on my door for drugs. No coffee maker, had to run the gaunlet to the office for a cup of coffee, but they did have fresh coffee!

The room was filthy. There was hair on the bed, the drawer handles felt sticky, carpet needed to be vacuumed. Never staying here again!

Hotel was rated 7/10 by Hotels.com guests - it is a 2 at best. Sign on the wall outside the door says “100% Non-smoking” yet room smelled like covered up smoke. A/C unit was dirty and loud and when it cycled on it blew freezing air directly at the closest bed for several minutes - only to turn off and let the room heat back up. It did not keep the room at a consistent 69 degrees. Floors were beat up and scratched. Could hear the man in the next room coughing through the walls. Walls and ceilings patched from water leaks. Shower wall patched with TAPE and then painted to match the wall. The best thing about the room was the water pressure in the shower and that the front desk staff were friendly.

The room was a non smoking room but the blanket ontop of the bed had a cigarette burn in it. The room smelled like cigarettes. Dusty. The carpeting surrounding the bed was sticky on your feet. Wouldve liked a microwave or coffee maker for the room instead of ordering take-out or going to the loby for coffee.

No refrigerator or coffee pot vary vary small the bathroom was not big enough to fit 2 people in at same time just to brush your teeth or wash up what a shame. seen couple water bugs on the floor dead the a/c unit made a noise .not good could not sleep all night not very clean eather don’t waste your money on RED ROOF INN, for the price they charged for a room 1 night 175 bucks what a joke

Staff was nice
The best thing about my stay was the staff. Everyone was very pleasant. The room not so much. Non smoking but smelled of all types of cigarette smoke. Loud music until about 2am. Needless to say, I won't be back.
