The property only takes major bank credit cards... so I had to stay at a different hotel because although they took my money from my debit card which still hasn't been refunded a week later.. and the desk person was quite rude with me..the hotel looked nice and I would have loved yo have stayed..

I was harrased by staff about my service dog. Had to call police for report. I paid extra for king room but was put in 2 queens. Not at all happy with this experience.

The first time we stayed here it was much better. Thia time we were given a room that was dirty there were crumbs in the beds and a bad smell throughout. There was a group of people who kicked us out of the pool who were being incredibly rude and loud running the halls till 1 in the morning and the staff did nothing about it. Food was cold and fruit was moldy. This was a significant decline in just a few months. We stay in hotels almost every weekend for travel sports and this was the last time we will stay here.

The location of the hotel was amazing surrounded by many things to do. Only thing I didn’t like was we got called for my kids playing at 8:00 so wasn’t in quiet hours or nothing and it wasn’t just in my room there was kids playing in the hallway but either way doesn’t seem very KID FRIENDLY.
