Staff was professional and courteous. We were there during a hurricane, but we enjoyed the sparsity of the crowds. Also, we were pleasantly surprised with our accommodations after reading the reviews because some were negative and, frankly, mean. It's not a brand new, shiny building, but it's clean, stuff works, and the staff is great. Book a room and give them a chance!

The hotel could be a little cleaner. Expsecally the walls in the room. I hope it wasn't mold. love the coffee bar and the new gift shop. The beds are very comfortable. I give it a 3 ⭐

It is the ugliest place you can visit. My daughter's back itched when she slept and we looked in the bed. It was full of fat bugs from all the blood they had consumed. We went to complain and they said they came up with excuses that we weren't in trouble. They kicked us out of the hotel. I don't recommend it.

There are so many flying bugs inside the room and the bathroom have to use the bugs spray.

Staff very friendly but the hotel itself is really in need of remodeling. My room was smelly, toilet was loose and almost fell, bathroom are very small and door should at least open out not inside. Pillows were flat and 7am next door guest was blasting loud like super loud music and when I went to call front desk the room phone was not working. I actually want my money back

All I can say is you get what you pay for. The staff was nice. It’s limited parking unless you go to the over flow lot which is no where near the hotel. You have to call everyday if you want your room clean or you need towels by 11:00am. But when my husband called, we didn’t get them. My husband had to go to the front desk to get them. If you seat on the balcony. You don’t have any privacy. The TV is small. The bathroom is small. The ice machine has mold in it. All I can say again is you get what you pay for. I will never book there again.

Parking onsite is limited. There is overflow across the street behind a shopping area, which was fine and easy to find. If you have extra vehicles, there is a parking garage one block up. Overall a great affordable place to hit the beach. Right in the middle of the pier and the Neptune statue.
