I liked everything about this property except for the early morning breakfast which they do just bc they know tourist on vacation will not get up early during their stay… is a joke. Most hotels have breakfast going until 10:30-11 Not this place! You need to get up at 6am if you want the complimentary breakfast.. but other than that I liked my stay here.

The room was clean, well kept. The balcony was private, small but nice, 2 ppl comfortable, more would be awkward but doable. The view was wonderful. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only complaint was not their fault and we didnt report or complain, but neighbors were smoking pot all evening, late night and early morning. Our room smelled like it, we smelled like it, the hall smelled like it...again, not their fault AND we didnt report or complain to management. It is near lots of food, shops and entertainment areas. Also, across the street is a dispensary selling pot...so, may not be best with children or teens. This is also out of their control, just letting reviewers know so they can make informed choice.

Only stayed one night thank goodness. Very old building. Breakfast was terrible... Cold powder eggs, no bacon, microwaved sausage. Good location. Outside grounds were nice. Air conditioner super loud. Mattress was BAD!!! Horrible night sleep! Never again

Everything was basically great and the staff was amazing, as has always been the case whenever I stay here for vacations from time to time. Also really appreciated how there was a different featured item with each breakfast meal served for each day I went down for complimentary breakfast. The only complaint I have is that there is no smoke-free policy on the entire premises, including out on the balconies. I get all the business and legal red-tape involved in this, but I commonly found myself inhaling lots of secondhand smoke while either sitting on the balcony or having the balcony door open while trying to enjoy the fresh ocean air with the whole beach experience. Hopefully this is an issue that could be given more serious attention in the future. Overall though, this property in my opinion is pound for pound your best deal for the great quality that you get.

Lack of care from the workers as terrible. Told them the elevator wasn't working correctly and they just didn't care. Half their vending machines are broken. Go to our room and bathroom looks like it hasn't been touched in months.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were friendly and even helped me with finding parking for my oversized truck; emphasis, the parking garage is small. Large trucks will not fit above floor 2! Overall, the hotel was well appointed and actively maintained but, in the common spaces it did show its age a little. The room was great, and the ocean front balcony was a nice addition.
