I enjoyed my 2 nights stay and probably come back again..my husband and i agreed about the breakfast not that great..so the next day we look a restaurant for breakfast😊 overall that was great stayed and love its closer to the beach.. the room smell so good and bathroom kinda small but it wasn't too bad..thats was my birthday get away experienced definitely come nxt time..thanks for the good experience love it.

Costa Azul treated my partner and I well, and met our needs as best as possible. Highlight of the stay was how big the rooms were, and how easy it was to navigate around the property. Some key things to improve: - staff and service weren’t as attentive to our needs and lacked basic amenities such as a first aid kit. - breakfast was dismal and lack variety and flavor. This is what needs the most attention. - room service could definitely be more attentive to our needs, such as emptying trash and making beds in the rooms. (They would frequently change out towels however, which was nice)

Overall, the hotel was very good. The location was close to the beach; building was clean; rooms were nice. The biggest issue was noise. We were on the side of the building away from the beach and multiple times a night you hear sirens. In addition, the military aircraft is extremely loud and flies overhead multiple times during both day and night.

I left my toiletry bag in my room FULL OF personal products such as lotion, deodorant, and hair products and more. Once I checked out and called back I was given the run-a-round and informed that the lost and found was overseen by the cleaning staffs supervisor. I was asked to leave my number and someone would return my call, which never happened. I actually drove to the property and was not helped too much, Anthony took down my number again and I finally received a call back to be informed that my bag was given to someone else!!!! Really, I am very bothered and will NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN. I now realize that the cleaning staff kept my BAG!!!!
