The apartment has a small fenced garden and there is also a parking space for bicycles. The parking space for your car is in front of the house. This holiday home has been furnished in a modern way and with attention to detail. Shops for everyday needs can be reached on foot in just a few minutes and the beach in Norddeich or the popular Dörper Weg with its numerous shops and varied restaurants are only a few kilometers away. The combined living room with dining area and adjoining kitchen area offers enough space for cooking, eating and, last but not least, for cozy TV evenings. You can relax and enjoy meals together at the dining table. The couch with chaise longue and a small armchair with coffee table make up the living area. From the living room you can look and walk directly onto the terrace. On sunny and warm days you can enjoy the terrace and the adjacent garden in a southeasterly direction. A seating area with table and chairs is available for you outside. The entire garden is fenced and is therefore also suitable for small children. The holiday apartment has two comfortably furnished bedrooms. The right bedroom has a 200 x 200 cm double bed with separate mattresses. A closet offers enough space for your wardrobe and a TV and a bench complete the furnishings. The left bedroom is inside and has a 90 x 200 cm single bed, which can be extended to create another 90 x 200 cm bed. The kitchen is modern and functional. The kitchenette has been equipped with everything you need for cooking. This makes cooking fun even on vacation. This includes an oven with a combined microwave, a stove, a coffee machine, a coffee pad machine, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave and a toaster.
