Line up at specialty restaurants is terrible. Didn’t come to all inclusive to wait in line. No reso but wait in line for beeper.
Signage has to be put up for stupid people to respect others around you .
Keep phone and speakers low for everyone to enjoy. No staff says a thing. Smoking too. People sit with everyone to smoke then go walk the beach. Signs to ask to step away. Didn’t come to this beautiful sea to inhale second hand smoke. Seems it’s very acceptable to smoke. Even cigars!!! Not fair to all that don’t smoke and are quiet. Beach chair vacant signage. 2 hours and your stuff is gone. I went to the beach at 6am every morning and most chairs are saved and Jo one shows up for 5+ hours. I’m there at 6. I see this!!! Resort credits if $525 US is a joke. Explain it when booking. It’s a coupon book. Don’t think it added up to that amount and we did not use a single credit. Many others were very disappointed with this too when we talked to guests.
Broken beach chairs need to be removed from the beach. Restacked and the whole process starts over to find unbroken loungers.
Excellent selection of food. No complaints with this.
Pool bar. Saw women sit their wet diapered kids on the bar. What is wrong with people? No one says anything and not wiped down.
Room is big and comfortable. Great big bathroom and separate toilet room. Lots of hot water and pressure was great.
Grounds and pool are cleaned well early in the morning.
