Amazing and characterful house, built in 1820 and beautifully restored by Jacqueline and Filipe over many years. Comfortable and very spacious room; excellent dinner and breakfast. You could not wish for a more kindly and friendly reception by the hosts. Excellent.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit à la Quinta mais nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes, Françoise et Filip : accueil chaleureux, apéritif pour faire connaissance et visite de la Quinta, très jolie propriété dont nous avons découvert l'histoire. Le lendemain matin, nous avons pu déguster un petit déjeuner de roi dans un très joli service de famille, ce qui nous a ravis. Nos hôtes ont été adorables et intéressants, ce dont nous les remercions. Nous recommandons cet établissement atypique et très charmant, tenu par des hôtes très attentionnés.

Etape d'une nuit à Nontron, en chemin sur la "flow vélo" (nouveau circuit cyclable, de l'Atlantique à la Dordogne). La grande maison d'hôte (car l'on entre dans un très grand logis, une "quinta", et non pas dans une "chambre") est mémorable tant par son originalité que par la chaleur de l'accueil. Le copieux petit-déjeuner est également servi avec élégance dans un très beau cadre.
