This cosy cottage is located in a wonderful rural spot in Marloth Park. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.
For the comfort of the guests we have equipped
the cottage with an inverter so load shedding is
now a thing of the past. Further to inverter the cottage as solar power as back up.
As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has , a hob, an oven, an electric kettle, a kettle for gas stove, a full fridge freezer, dishwasher and a microwave, an iron and ironing board.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television with Netflix , fiber internet access.
This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
The second bedroom contains a double bed.
Sleeper couch.
There are 1 bathroom
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
The property has a private Splash
Pool which is not heated.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage, but
guests may smoke in the outside patio.
- There are free private parking facilities available on premises at the property under cover carport.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
The property is situated on a game reserve.
-There are 2 Accesses, from N4 Hectospruit side, the guests can use to drive into Marloth Park.
1- To gate one. Take first turn off, gravel road of approximately 5 Kms to the gate entrance.,road is often not in good repair.
The property is distant 2.5 Kms from the gate. Olifant Drive is fully tarred.
2- If the guest prefers to use the tar road, will have to take the second turn off ( Tenbosch Road) 4 kms further. The distance between N4
and Gate 2 is 9 Kms. From gate 2 to the property
is a further 8 Kms.
