Nice hotel in Furumachi
The location of the hotel is a bit far from Niigata station, but close to everything in Furumachi. They also have a shuttle bus from the station to the hotel. Checkin was quick and the room was slightly larger than your average Japanese hotel room. Services were good, and the bed was comfortable. All at a reasonable price during golden week!

Recommend this hotel-great value, great service.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to recommend restaurants, give directions and information to local sites, etc. My wife and i enjoyed the accomodations. Very clean and comfortable with nice amenities. They even refresh the room daily. We also enjoyed the modest Japanese breakfast. The location was good, fairly close to the center of town.

子供と2人で泊まりで行きました。 部屋は割と想像してたより快適でした♪ ただ布団の上に虫が1匹死骸があり…そこだけが残念でした。隣の部屋のシャワー？水を流す音は気になりました。駐車場のスタッフ、夜間のスタッフさんも気軽に話しかける事ができ夜間のスタッフさんとは子供がサッカーを習ってる話で盛り上がりました！ 料金も2人旅で安くさらに朝食付きで良心的な価格で嬉しかったです♪ また新潟に旅行の際はお邪魔させていただきたいと思いました！

チェックイン、チェックアウトが機械でできてとてもスムーズでした。 港まで、バスを乗り換えないといけないのが少し不便でした。 朝食は8時ごろに行くと種類が少なくなっていたのが残念でした。 部屋は狭いですが、必要なものは揃っていて快適でした。
