- Large 40m² living room, leather sofas 'Ligne Roset', recently tuned quality piano, independent TV lounge.
- Very quiet environment. South facing. Large garden.
- Splendid swimming pool 12m x 6m secure and illuminated with fountain and teak beach.

- 15mn from the center of Nice, 15mn from the beach and tourist activities, but also in the heart of the vineyards of Nice AOC Bellet, (wine tasting in the cellars of Bellet).

- Iyengar yoga classes at home on reservation.

Perfect house for a family vacavtion
The house is peaceful and gives off a very positive energy. The use of recycled material adds a lot to the house. We felt we were back in time when Nice was still a small town. Surrounded by vegetation, the pool brought joy to the younger generation for hours. Also there is plenty of space to play. We wished we had planned on staying longer.

A wonderful holiday
We loved staying at Marie and Didier’s property. We were really surprised at how accurate the photos were: the villa is beautiful. It is a short drive from Nice but includes some winding roads up some steep hills. This would not deter us from visiting again, however. The property is fantastic and has everything you could need; even toys for our children. The outside area is just perfect - a covered dining table, excellent corner sofa and a wonderful refreshing pool. I would recommend renting a car so that you can travel around and go to the nearby supermarkets (within 15 minutes). The villa doesn’t have air conditioning but this is common in France. As hosts Marie and Didier were most welcoming; providing an arrival snack and always assisted us quickly with any questions we had. Would certainly recommend this as a great holiday location.

Excellent hideaway in a quiet location with convenient links to the whole region. We loved the outdoor hosting and pool area. The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, including baby equipment available. The pool was lovely and very clean! Relaxing family vacation
We really enjoyed the privacy of this home. It has all the comforts of home and the pool was perfect for cooling off. Marie and Didier were great hosts as well, we really enjoyed Marie’s yoga class. Thank you!

Excellent place to chill out and explore Cote d’Azur
Quiet and tranquil spot but with all amenities within 10min drive, great location to explore the surrounding vineyards. Chateau de Bellet just within three minute driving distance. We enjoyed also the tennis club which was within 15 minute drive. The bedrooms are all very good size, ideal for families even though it was only for me and my wife. If you want to explore Côte d’Azur and drive around on some days like we did, this place is great base, too.

We loved our stay at the charming villa. Great location where we were away from the hassle and bussle but still just 30 mins from downtown Nice. The owners, Didier and Marie were so welcoming and kind, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The villa itself is gorgeous, with lots of details and beautiful decors. What a hidden gem! Would definitely stay here again!

Magnifique maison provençale, rénovée avec goûts, au calme. Maison très bien équipée. Piscine atypique et conviviale. Lieu très approprié pour les chiens, en liberté dans la propriété et promenade sans laisse à proximité. Jolie balade plus éloignée par un ancien canal sur les crêtes niçoises (demander conseil à Marie). La maison est toutefois assez éloignée et la vue restreinte, mais le charme de cette bâtisse compense cet inconvénient. Lieu idéal pour passer des vacances reposantes et au calme.

Wonderful stay at Villa l'Escalinade
Me & my six friends had a wonderful stay in Villa l'Escalinade for a long weekend in June. The villa was located with beautiful surroundings in the mountains together with wineries & breathtaking nature, just 15min from Nice. We enjoyed the winery Château de Bellet nearby, relaxing by the pool, had lovely dinners on the terrace & explored the riviera. Marie & Didier were great hosts. We very much appreciated their flexibility with time for check in/out, which was very kind of them. Would recommend everyone to book this villa & I can’t wait to come back one day in the future!

Tres agréable villa avec une fantastique piscine
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la cuisine est très bien équipée, et ouverte sur l extérieur, ce qui est tres agréable. La belle hauteur sous plafond des chambres, est très appréciable en plein été. Quelques boîtes sont disponibles à l arrivée, ce qui permet de pouvoir passer une première soirée. La piscine est le point fort, de taille confortable avec un carré peut profond, ce qui a donné lieu à des jeux de ballon quotidien avec les enfants ! La température qui reste à 30°, nous a également permis de faire des baignades nocturnes. C est une villa dans laquelle nous pourrions retourner avec plaisir.

Die Villa liegt in sehr ruhiger, etwas abgeschieden Umgebung.. Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, tolle Küchenausstattung, alles sauber und in top Zustand. Der große Pool ein Traum, der Garten weitläufig mit viel Platz für eine große Familie. Ein weiters Plus: Hund erlaubt !! Marie und Didier über SMS leicht zu kontaktieren und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Villa in toller Umgebung !!

Sehr schönes Landhaus in den Bergen
Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, sehr ruhig mitten in der Natur in der Nähe von Nizza, allerdings ist die Anfahrt recht anspruchsvoll . Die beiden Gastgeber*innen Marie und Didier waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und direkt zur Stelle.

Magnifique villa
Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette villa superbe. La décoration est réfléchie et soignée. Les équipements sont parfaits (nombreux jeux d’extérieur, piscine magnifique). La cuisine, haut de gamme, est très bien équipée. Si vous aimez cuisiner, c’est du pur bonheur. La villa est située sur les hauteurs de Nice, pour les amateurs de calme c’est l’endroit parfait !
