This property has a pool, nice and clean with a safe guard too, the rest has a lot to desire. It’s very old and the room where we stayed was smelly. Nice costumer service, the ladies were polite and knowledgeable. It’s in safe neighborhood and easy access.
Almost nothing works in the room, no AC in the bedroom, no cooker, no bottle opener, tv barely works with some cable issues, no safe, some sockets only work, the only positive thing I can say it is close to a clean beach.

Terrible condition and no non smoking rooms
Booking said no smoking but upon entering the room I noticed smoke smell. I asked the reception and they said the entire property is smoking. There are no non smoking rooms.
Bring your own toilet paper. Property is run down and hallways and the rooms look like 1980’s dorm room in a poorer country. Cleanliness was questionable too.
Wifi was not working.
Overall I do not recommend. It’s not worth the money at all. The only good thing is it’s 5 mins from the airport so okay for a one night stay.
Our stay at Pierre residences was very nice. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. There was ample parking, and located very close to everything. Amazing restaurants and bars were a very short walk away. All the rooms had kitchens so you can cook for a family. The pool was very large and the tennis courts were kept very clean. This is a great place to stay, and I took my morning walks along the water. Great time had by all.

Very well-equipped holiday apartment with comfortable beds.
Friendly front desk.
Walking distance to many restaurants along the waterfront, and to public buses up on the hill.
The building is older and feels a bit like a hospital or old people's residence, with swinging fire doors and dim lighting in the corridors. There was a slight fishy smell in the unit due to the general humidity.
Bring your own toilet paper!
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
nice place and cosy near the airport ,pubs and shopping center

The front desk is inside the building which is gated and need access code. Fortunately some guest opened the door for us as I tried to call the front desk and got no response. The room was clean but the dishwasher in the kitchen was a bit beat up. The neighbor is quiet and it is located closed to restaurants and bus stops. It felt safe to stay there though the basement and corridor leading to the laundry room is a bit creepy.
Dated interior and dark. Location was good and price but probably not worth the compromise.

The overall experience was good at this property. It was very convenient having the use of a pool in the hotel but also an apartment of our own. The area of the hotel which our room was in was very quite which was lovely. Just the sinks in the bathroom were blocked so using the sinks was a bit difficult and the hot water for the shower ran out after a couple of us having showers. Most of the staff were very helpful when asking questions which was great, just check in was available 3 hours after the time they said it would be. We arrived with young children after a flight and we had to wait around for our room to be ready which was a big bother for us. The hotel did say someone would contact us for compensation for the late check in but we never heard anything from anyone.
We had a wonderful time, the reception staff was very helpful and friendly, the place gives a sense of community and togetherness but private nevertheless. Only downside was that some evenings if we wanted to have a late shower there wasn’t any hot water but as I understood from reception it was a malfunction of the heating boiler or something like that. We’ll come again, thanks for everything!

Disappointing at best
Our stay was disappointing at best. There was so much misinformation and we were simply lied to on more than one occasion.
The Room:
The beds are unmade and you are given a bag of linen. In a hostel this would be acceptable, in a hotel this is unexpected and unacceptable. The beds were uncomfortable and when the sofa bed was open the room was very tight feeling. There were outlets near the door (near the bed) but no place (ie: table or shelf) to set devices on and the outlets were halfway up the wall, so not all cords could just reach the floor.
The Bathroom:
The bathroom had a door stop in the middle of the floor near the toilet, we tripped on it and stubbed our toes on it repeatedly. We were provided one roll of toilet paper and told that if we wanted a second one we would have to pay for it - this was a 4 night stay! The faucet struggled to switch from tub to shower nozzle, but when the water was on, it was with good water pressure. However, the water would frequently vascillate between scalding and freezing and the little "wall" separating the shower and the sink did nothing to block water from turning the bathroom into a lake anytime someone took a shower. We had to use multiple towels to mop up that lake each time one of us showered.
The Balcony
We had a nice view of the parking lot. We enjoyed the table and chair. We were NOT informed ahead of time that if you are on the balcony and close the door between the balcony and your room you will be trapped on the balcony.
The apartment we had comfortably accommodated four - two adults and two boys, 14 & 16. It was well equipped and had good access to public transport and many restaurants. Secure underground parking was excellent.

Bit tired but clean, functional & fantastic location
Cheap and close to many transport links, like bus, train, airport. We missed about some dining options around, or shopping opportunities within walking distance.
The best thing about this hotel is it's close to everything and very convenient to the airport. The beach is literally across the street and so are tons of restaurants. The rooms are spacious and have a small kitchenette.
The cons are the place is very ran down. They advertise as a luxury hotel, but the person staying has to put all their own sheets on the bed and then strip the bed and fold everything up before leaving. Guest must also take the garbage down to the basement and sort it in addition to making sure the dishwasher is loaded and turned on. I haven't stayed at many hotels in mainland Europe so maybe it's a European thing with the hotels. I don't want to completely base my experience on that.
You must also bring your own umbrella to the pool. They do not provide towels at the pool. Also you get one roll of tp, so if you are staying longer go buy more. There is no daiky house keeping. Reception is only open twice a day for a very short time. The employees are extremely nice and helpful if you do ask them questions.
Overall, I had a pleasant visit. I would stay there again as long as I didn't have kids with me. Making up 4 beds was a little time consuming especially when getting in from the airport close to midnight. It's great to be close to everything.
