All the staff that i had to communicate with, was very polite and pleasant. The location is great, being so close to the state park. I didnt like the fact that there is no carpet on the floors, so in the wintertime feels very cold and also you can hear not only the people walk from the higher floor, but also the people walking in the next room at the same floor.

The whole key system was down and the only way to get into the room was to literally break into it or we would not have had a room to be in. This is no fault of the staff that was there but they were trying to contact management and couldn’t get through. We had no access to be able to leave the room and come back. The door in the bathroom was falling apart. All of the baseboards were filthy and so were the windows. It literally looks as if the only thing cleaned in these rooms is a vacuum and sheets replaced.
