Best customer service at White Oaks Resort. We love it here. Everything is perfect. Thanks to everyone with whom we had contact with during our stay, at the Spa ( what a great facility), in the restaurant, front desk, greeters at the door. Although the staff was pleasant. The image of the room depicted on Expedia was not the room we received. Ours, while large, was sparse, had mismatched old, furniture, one small TV in the bedroom- and none in the living area. The bed did not have a canopy as shown in the image. I expected more from a Luxury Deluxe Suite at +$500 CDN a night.
