I hope this message finds you well. I recently booked a hotel room in Niagara Falls through your platform, and I was really looking forward to the room that was advertised. However, upon arrival, the room I received was not as described. It was a completely different type of room (it seemed to be a disability-access room), which I did not book and wasn't comfortable with. Because of this discrepancy, I had to leave the hotel and find alternative accommodations.
