Absolutely beautiful experience. We needed an accessible room with a roll-in shower and it was honestly our best experience at a hotel EVER. The bed was lower at a great height. Light switches were placed well. Bathroom had adequate grab bars and sturdy shower chair. No complaints about our room or the lobby area. Exterior was clean and beautiful. One thing needs improvement, accessibility to the parking lot behind the building. Curbs blacked wheeling a wheelchair to the car meaning that taking the sidewalk to the end, pray a var wasn't blocking the ramp to the asphalt and then wheel all the way back up to the car parking area near the building. We loved our 4 night stay and had a fantastic time.

A clean undated small hotel. Loved our room, free parking. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Nice area and quiet. Short walk to falls and several restaurants close by. Breakfast was fantastic. Lived up to the excellent reviews that were posted. Stayed 4 days and would stay again.

Sēvā restaurant was excellent. Food was great. Presentation was great. I enjoyed the free flight and we were able to meet the manager of the restaurant. Young guy w a great vision. Fire department came for an inspection while we were there and he handle it smoothly and prepared for a quick inspection. Taste and quality were very higher than expected. The hotel was clean. The only problem was the water filter system that tasted amazing but it was taking forever to refill. Other than that no complaints.

This hotel looked pretty nice in the website but pictures are deceiving. Our room looked like it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. We open the curtains and it was a show of spider webs with all kinds of spiders small and big not a pretty view to see at all specially if you have a phobia for them and to top it off bed bugs!!! Never have I ever had bed bugs in my life, after this trip I had them and I pay so much money to get rid of them. This place only paints a pretty’s picture but the reality is that this place is filthy and infected with spiders and bedbugs.

Be aware that the property charges a Tourism charge of $19.99 per day even though I prepaid everything through Expedia, this should have been part of it too. Staff never told me about it and just charged my credit card after I already checked out. This is very misleading, the point of pre-pay is not to have hidden cost after booking. I could have went somewhere else for the extra money I paid. Their restaurant Seva was quite expensive and food and drinks weren't that great.
