The staff were great to deal with, very helpful, courteous and professional. Clean all around outside and inside but the parking area is a disaster...way too small, if there is a car parked on both side of your car you would have a problem opening the doors wide enough to get out or in.

The hotel hosted many sports team the weekend we stayed there and it was very noisy. There were parties and hockey played in the hallways late (until midnight).

Having to pay for parking on the grounds at which we are staying is nothing but a money grab, for the prices we pay parking should be included at any hotel, motel grounds. Inside windows were covered in fingerprints. The dresser armoir was also noticeably covered in fingerprints. The headboards were dirty. The toilet paper holder was useless. Breakfast should be included in stays, not overpriced to seek else where. The grounds seemed ok and was close to dining

This hotel is for families and people who are in town for a baseball tournament. Our room was musty, rugs were wet and the noise from kids running up and down the halls and the people partying in the parking lot until midnight.. had a horrible stay

Very expensive for the condition and location it is in. Also charging parking and resort fees when it nowhere near the main touristic area. First time in my life I have had to pay parking in this type of hotel located near a highway.

Our family chose this hotel because it was pet friendly, as we were traveling with two large dogs. The pet friendly room was clean and spacious. We will definitely book with this hotel again in the future.
