There are a lot of things I will accept at this price point, but a filthy shower and jam containers under the couch that we removed so we weren't blamed for it... I'll even accept the terrible mattresses, lack of connection to cable to TV and Wifi.... The room also smelled of fried fish and we bought deoderizers to try to mask the smell.

This place has a great deal for location near Niagara falls! The building maybe a little old, but for the price, I would stay there again. It is including breakfast and the swimming pool. The staff were very nice and helpful. Although it is middle of everything, (walkable distance to the falls and the entertainment) the room was quiet day and night.

Very dirty around the property. They didn't make up the room on the second day. I had to get my own towels and take out the garbage. The breakfast eggs and sausage were precooked hours

- Washroom fittings were loose - Had coffee maker without coffee pot - A/C was not tuned on. Had to call staffs to turn on the A/C - No microwave in the room - Corridor was smelly - Had the worst hotel experience

We did not like the place. The location is great, super walkable to the falls and stores. However, the room is not like the pictures. There was wallpaper peeling off the walls, beds were not comfortable, floor was dirty, we can keep going. Also, if you want a hotel to change your sheets and clean your room daily, this hotel will not do it unless you stay a minimum of 3 days. They did not tell us that at check-in and there is no card in the room that tells you that either, which normally other hotels notify you. Breakfast is not that great either; not a great assortment of things, and the space is very cramped.

prefect stay at the top of clifton hill with the small exception of no elevator section ….they are doing upgrades as we stayed but room was cheap clean and bed was comfy bathroom was upgraded … just wish i knew in advance about the stairs … they couldn’t change my room to elevator access rooms without doubling the rate …. so i roughed it out …. ac worked great breakfast was excellent

My son got scared due to the bathroom door was stuck and couldn’t get out of it.I called to front desk for help but someone answered then hung the call right after.called multiple times but no answer.I need you guys to contact them.
