I have never been in a motel that has no coffee maker or free breakfast I asked the guy and he said this is not the Hilton Never stay here again or recommend it

For the price and location, one night passing through town, for a simple guy as myself, it was fine. I wouldn't bring a friend or parent. On a Saturday night it was very crowded and noisy as their parking lot becomes public parking. (C$10 for guest). Arriving there were no towels in the room, or a trash can. The two men in the office however were friendly and got me towels right away.

part of the building was burned down. we killed 3 cockroaches in our room. paint on walls had been repaired with wrong paint color. electric wires showing in bathroom, mold on trim under air conditioning, floors left your feet black. they rent the parking out to non-guests so minimal space. Very loud. View from motel rooms is of a boarded up old hotel. It was by far the worst motel ive ever stayed in. The hotel staff opened the door on us 3 times even tho we continued to say we were in the room.

Alerte : Évitez à tout prix ce motel ! J’ai passé une nuit cauchemardesque dans la chambre 39 du Best Inn à Niagara Falls. Dès que j’ai ouvert la porte, une odeur nauséabonde de pourriture et de moisissure m’a assailli. La moquette, imprégnée de cette odeur, rendait l’air irrespirable. Le lit et les draps semblaient propres, mais en allumant la lumière, j’ai découvert avec horreur des cafards se promenant librement. Les photos sur le site sont trompeuses et datent de plus de 30 ans, ne reflétant en rien l’état actuel de l’établissement. J’ai passé la nuit éveillé, assis sur deux chaises, pour éviter ces insectes répugnants, dans une atmosphère insupportable. À 4h du matin, j’ai fui cet endroit avec mes affaires. C’est la pire expérience hôtelière de ma vie ! Ce motel devrait être immédiatement fermé pour insalubrité. Même dans les villages les plus pauvres d’Afrique, vous ne trouverez jamais une chambre dans un état aussi déplorable. Honte aux propriétaires pour leur manque total de respect envers leurs clients !

The bathroom looked dingy, I booked the room for the three people but there were only two sets of towels, the microwave, tv and fridge weren’t plugged in when we checked in. The only good thing about this hotel was that it was a close walk to the hill and the falls.
