This is the third time we have stayed here. It is a great family run establishment. They could not have been nicer. Two other couples stayed here with us and they agreed It’s not ultra modern but that’s what makes it great. It’s clean comfortable and appealing.

Quaint mom and pop inn. Rooms were quite clean considering the age of the place. More than enough towels and they smelled like coconut. Nice touch! Great location.

Lockport Inn & Suites was a wonderful surprise. The room was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed, including a Smart TV to watch NFL. The staff was friendly and extremely generous and helpful. What a great find for a non-chain hotel.

Beautiful hotel that is off the beaten path. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and large. This was our first time to Lockport but we’ll be going again soon

We had an opportunity to see a couple of rooms at the Inn and there is a distinct range of rooms there. We had opted for an 'economy' room, which did not have all the bells and whistles of the other room we visited. Some people we met while there.) The only real downside of our room was a musty smell that we noticed on arrival. We bought a can of deodorizer and sprayed the space which seemed to take care of most of it.

Friendly welcome. However, this is a very dated property. Decor in our ground level room was from the 60's, with equally old, stained carpet, including in the bathroom. We found candy wrappers under the bed, leftover from previous guests. Housekeeping also opened all the front window curtains during our absence, exposing all our belongings for hours to random passersby. That was particularly upsetting.

The exterior of the hotel had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were friendly. However, the room was old, and the air conditioner had a smell. Despite being a non-smoking room, there was a lingering odor of stale cigarettes. This was likely not from smoking in the room itself, but rather due to the age of the facility, which seemed to have absorbed the smell over time.
