The bed had red stains on the bed and fitted sheet. The flat sheet was clean. How disgusting to put a clean sheet over a dirty sheet. We were provided a different room but the tub was dirty and the box spring was broken. Your body literally sunk in the middle even when you tried to move toward the edge of the bed. The curtain shower had aluminum foil wrapped around the broken parts and picture wire anchoring the curtain to the ceiling. The outlet to the TV did not work. I had to unplug the light and plug the tv into the only working socket. The elevator had 4 scent pods going. I would not stay again.

Nice small convenient hotel near downtown of Niagara. The only problem is the parking lot. If you come home late at night. You have to park at the side street because the parking lot is always full. Thank you so much to the staff at the front desk, housekeeping and at the breakfast dining room.

I had requested a Jacuzzi room and was very pleased with the setup. Not happy with the mattress condition, after the second night my back was hurting. Good room otherwise. Hotel breakfast was very good.

The window ledges in the room was dirty. The fridge was not defrost there is a bowl of ice inside. The bedside lamp shave was broken no spare for replacement. The 4corners of the room has a food crumps whis is not visible but when the sun shin8ng the room you well see it.

The bathtub had long black hairs on the wall . Not ours .. the bathmat was dirty .the was dirty socks under the bed from past people ..table leg on desk broken ,the plugs in sink and bathroom were both broken out and just laying there . The bathroom door didnt open all the way. Overall would not stay there agian . Not worth the money
