Enjoyed the layout of the hotel, the parking was very easy. Very close to amenities and within walking distance of Clifton Hill without being in the chaos of it all. The room layout was spacious and the beds were very comfortable and clean. We will definitely be returning!

When we arrived and entered our room we found the bathroom had everything layed out but was not cleaned The tissue basket was full and the toilet still had poo marks inside the bowl The tub wasn’t cleaned either AC was noisy

A very nice place to stay, although they were doing some renovation. They were very accommodating when we were having some issues in our room.

You pay for what you get
They were accommodating people. You can pay cash, debit or credit. The only thing that was not mentioned anywhere was that there’s a 40$ parking fee which I find a little ridiculous. Also the breakfast is not great, there was basically just toast, yoghurt and cereal with warm milk. Other than that everything inside our place was clean smelt nice, beds were comfy and very cold air conditioning which I love. It’s a 10min walk away from the falls which is nice too.

From the outside the property looks great. The rooms are ok but the bathroom area didn’t feel that clean. Great size fridge. The fact that the room was so close to the street made me uncomfortable.

Great Value
This hotel was a great value for the price. Rooms show wear but were clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very kind and professional. We were missing a remote for the TV and called the front desk. Within 3 minutes they were at the door with a replacement. Hotel is within 20 minute walking distance to falls.
