No breakfast as advertised/ 30 per day for parking
The hotel room was supposed to have queen size beds. It was doubles. It also advertised free breakfast. Not true. No breakfast since covid they said. False advertising. Locked out of my room twice. Extra charges for parking. Called first before booking. They said 10 dollars a day. When we showed up it was conveniently 30 per day. Not clean and smells as well. Overall not impressed.

We were upgraded to a different property due to maintenance issues at our booked hotel. The upgraded property also came with a $50 up charge in parking. The Wi-Fi at the at the hotel did not work. The restaurants in the hotel did not offer free breakfast nor an outdoor pool.

I had a terrible time at this property. The shower was extremely slow. The water in the shower keep dripping all night making it difficult to sleep since the bathroom is right next to the bedroom. The AC turn on/off button was missing so i had tp unplug the AC when it was too cold in the room. The AC is located right next to the window, so when the window curtain is close, it blocks the air of the AC.

Did not stay at the Days Inn. Were transferred to the Hilton where parking was $65.00 / night. We were offered a off-site spot for a mere $8 or $15 with a shuttle back to the Hilton. The shuttle had absolutely no provisions for luggage or handicapped. Rating a 0 out of whatever.

The room was fine except for tv didn’t work or phone , but wonderful Marcus ( maintenance) was prompt and fixed everything. We were there for 2 days and no one emptied our garbage or removed dirty towels . I had to hunt down housekeeping to remove them. Hazel from housekeeping was lovely and helped us with clearing our room for us. She went over and above to provide good service. The front desk didn’t seem to care. I will not stay again which is a shame , but the place needs to be cleaned up .

No happy
First thing I got charged twice for my room. I was never informed about all the charges when you check in. I was on the third floor and had ants in our bathroom and in one of the beds. The toilet wasn’t working right and lastly the air conditioning was not working right.
