The suite was very clean and comfortable, and it was an easy walk to Skylon Tower. Our only disappointment was the breakfast. We didn’t see any options other than instant oatmeal. Nonetheless, we would stay here again.

I already rated this gentleman who was AWESOME!!! Beautiful clean wonderful place and now I know why they call it Cozy because it is. He had coffee, tea and so much available for me and my friend. I love this place and would go back and would recommend it. Its 10 minutes from the main strip of the falls..lundy's lane. This is a quaint Victorian home.. I'd give it a 20 plus if I could.

If you reserve a room with a queen bed, be sure you confirm that before going. We ended up with a double bed in which I suffered my husbands sharp elbows jabbing me all night. Also, it's a bed & breakfast that doesn't include breakfast. There's an extra fee for that.
