I really like this hotel. The building is quite nice and the location is close to the falls. It is quite possible to walk to all attractions. However the service particularly in the dining area was lacking. My mother was served raw chicken for dinner and ended up getting food elsewhere because they were unable to fix the meal in a timely manner. In the morning for the breakfast buffet the server needed to reminded that we were there.

We had a great stay at Cambria. They were very friendly and accommodating when we asked to stay another night. Definitely will recommend to friends. Very close to the Niagara Falls State Park.

Regardless of the time of day, the front desk was always helpful and smiling. Extra kudos to Andrea for her extra effort in finding my missing package. Rarely in today's service industry do we find people who actually take an extra step.

It’s new building really nice. The restaurant food was uninspired, lack luster. No way to toast any of the bread products at the breakfast buffet. Who eats non toasted english muffins, or bagels? The big plus though was the bourbon collection at the bar. Blanton’s, Weller, Eagle Rare, Russel’s 10 year old, JW Harper 15 year old, Buffalo Trace and more. Nice job with that.
