You can also visit the other two resorts on the island using a free tuk tuk service and enjoy their facilities. Henry our concierge man went over and above all expectations for us. We went as a family. My dad had some health episodes and the staff was tremendous. They were attentive and called the facility nurse and medic which provided the greatest care for our family. I really love the polite mannerism of all the staff. We were very lucky because of them.

MEMORABLE 4 DAYS STAY IN THE 4 BEDROOM VILLA FOR OUR SON'S 7th BIRTHDAY! The room was spacious and had everything we needed ! The manager made sure that our stay was perfect from the beginning until the very end ! The food was good and the staff super friendly! Special shoutout to Cat Nhien at the Lagoon restaurant ! She is the sweetest, super welcoming and super helpful if you have any questions! The beach is gorgeous! Quiet and very safe ! Our kids especially loved the heated kids pool ! We recommend this hotel and will come back for sure!

Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang is a fantastic destination. All the staff from the pool attendant to the front desk are ultra friendly, helpful and nice. Vinpearl has a number of resorts on that part of the island but almost all cater to a larger mass market. If you want privacy and laid back beach/pool lifestyle, i can't recommend enough. Back in Saigon and already missing the place.

The service was 5 star -- stunning setting and treated like royalty. Only two things were not great -- the TV was very complicated and "loaded" channels a bit slowly... also the water pressure in the shower was very weak. We did complain about this and they sent someone immediately but I didnt really make a difference

Cannot rate this property as a 5 star. First, need English speaking staff. No tours information at all! Dirty shower and pool in house. Very dirty in sauna and Spa jacuzzi . Air conditioner did not work properly. Too many labours around all day long. Very delicious food but small choices and menu, all the same, only for short stay.
