Wonderful staff at the Holiday Inn J14
My wife unfortunately slipped while exiting the shower. Gill Boulter and her staff were so attentive and helpful while the medical emergency was dealt with. I cannot speak too highly of them.

I gave 4 stars only because I didn't use the restaurant and bar. This justifies the missing last star. An induction is needed for a comfortable use of the shower. I struggled to find out how to use it.

Came for a work trip and ask specifically for a 2 single beds. When I got into the room there was a double bed, fortunately after informing the staff they changed it for me. By the time they changed the beds it was late, therefore resulting in me to have less sleep as I had to wake up really early the next morning. The least thing you want when entering the hotel after work is someone stopping you from sleeping. I go on a lot of work trips and I understand that hotels and the people working there do make mistakes, but the fact of the matter is that they didn’t even offer any compensation to me. When this has happened before in all previous hotels they have offered me a refund or even a free breakfast. This really got me thinking and showed me what type of hotel this was.
