The only down-side to this property is the $150 "incidental fee", that's required upon checking in. Then you don't get your money back until up to 10 business days later if you pay with a credit card. This was unexpected regarding the amount and Expedia should advise of it. I took pictures of the room before leaving, based on the fee. I still haven't received my money and have to now call to check the status of it. Which is ridiculous.

Quick and efficient check-in, and they had notes from my last stay, which was appreciated. Breakfast was actually decent (arrive before 9am,) and the room came equipped with plenty of towels. When the cleaning crew noticed the room was occupied, they politely left an empty trash bag on the door handle, which we used.

Staff were very friendly and approachable. As you walk in building it smelled clean and fresh. Very surprised how quiet the facility was during Thanksgiving week. Continental breakfast was hot and always stocked. Will stay there again if in the area!

Our room phone didn’t work and the headboard light was flickering and causing the outlet to crackle until it eventually went out. Someone propped open the side door so unregistered guests could come and go. The staff was friendly and very responsive!

Our stay was awesome! We have stayed here a few times and have always had a nice stay. Last time we were here they were renovating and now it is done and beautiful! Staff is so friendly and the room was cozy and clean. We will definitely stay here again when we need to.
