My girlfriends and I had a 2 night, 3 day stay at Pelham. We were hoping to love it more. Although the outside grounds and property were stunning, the staff & service were very disappointing, (though the woman at check in with a bun and glasses was OUTSTANDING and so accommodating) We had no turn down for our room even though we contacted the innkeeper twice, and left the sign for service as directed. We recieved 2 towels for 4 people in the room, had to request for garbage to be taken, and no beds were made for us either day. We never recieved an apology, it was more of an inconvenience to them to have to even bring us extra stuff. On top of that, we were woken up to a fire alarm at 7am our first night staying over, and the staff acted as if it wasnât a big deal. No apology, or sincerity. We were concerned about fire alarm going off again as the breaker kept beeping/buzzing with alarm that said heat trouble and we were told this was normal.
You guys can add whatever else. But thatâs something along the lines of what I would say.
