Toilet seat was cracked and loose. Shampoo and conditioner attached to the shower was empty. Card keys didnt work and had to get new ones 3 times which involved walking in the cold win each time

This hotel cancelled my reservation 2 hours before check in!! I made the reservation (and paid in full) in April 2024 and the reservation was for October 4, 2024!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Our condo faced the harbor....fabulous! So relaxing watching the boats come in and out. The birds and ducks, just wonderful. We will keep abreast on availability to stay there again. I have 3 friends that want to come with us the next time we go! I hope we can find 3 condos!!!

I booked the trip about a month ago. When I got there, I found out that the entire indoor/outdoor/hottub area was under renovation. Had that information being disclosed, I would not have stayed there.
